Closing Information Commitment Form

The Closing Information Commitment Form confirms all final loan, borrower, and settlement details required for ARDRI to issue a Clear to Close. It is not a commitment to lend and must be completed accurately to prevent closing delays.

ACH Form

Borrowers must complete and sign the ACH form before Underwriting can issue a Clear to Close when the Lock Pricing includes ACH Incentive pricing. If the form is not received by then, the Lock Pricing will need to be updated to remove the ACH Incentive.
